Privacy Policy

Purpose

HD Amazing Commerce Connect is operated by HD Amazing Team to connect authorized marketplace accounts and support multi-channel ecommerce operations.

Data we process

For a connected marketplace, we may process OAuth tokens, account, user and shop identifiers, granted scopes, and operational data requested through the platform's official API. For Etsy, this may include authorized shop, listing, inventory, receipt, and order information. We also process essential session data, security events, and service logs.

How data is used

Data is used only to authenticate authorized connections, provide internal commerce operations, produce operational reporting, and run specifically approved workflows. We do not sell marketplace data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Authorization and security

Marketplace passwords are not collected. OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest, access is limited to authorized team members, and integrations request only the permissions needed for their stated functions.

Sharing and third parties

Data is exchanged with Etsy and any other connected marketplace only as needed to provide requested integration functions. Infrastructure and security providers may process limited technical data to operate and protect the service. Each marketplace's own privacy terms also apply.

Retention and deletion

Connection data is retained while needed for authorized operations or legitimate legal and security purposes. An account connection may be revoked at the marketplace, and authorized users may request access, correction, or deletion through the HD Amazing Team administrator who provided service access.
