Terms of Service

Authorized use

HD Amazing Commerce Connect is an operational integration service for HD Amazing Team personnel and marketplace accounts the team owns or is explicitly authorized to manage.

Platform access

Users must protect their credentials and comply with the developer terms, API requirements, and seller policies of every connected platform, including Etsy and any future Amazon or TikTok Shop integration.

Permissions and operations

Connections use official authorization mechanisms and permission scopes. Users remain responsible for reviewing operational changes and for meeting marketplace, consumer, tax, and intellectual-property requirements. New write or automation capabilities must be deliberately enabled and controlled.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used to access an account without authorization, circumvent platform controls, misuse customer or marketplace data, or perform unlawful activities.

Availability

The service is provided for authorized commerce operations without a public uptime commitment. Integrations may change as marketplace APIs, approvals, and requirements evolve.
